Reigan usually enjoys time alone, but occassionaly welcomes the company of those he trusts and are close to into his personal bubble. He gets easily annoyed by obnoxiously loud individuals, and likes to find the most efficient methods to solve his problems. As much as he dislikes the new government and their rules and would challenge authority with any chance he has, he would never commit serious offences since he would much rather just live his life and not have to deal with the corrupted government. 

To get his mind off of his troubles, he is often tinkering with machinery and always creating new and inventive contraptions and machinery both in his spare time and while he is working. Although his workshop is open for business and his expertise with machinery and computers are skillful, his nonchalant attitude and his uneagerness for interacting with customers doesn't make him the best person to conduct business with, it does enable him to make ends meet though however.

-Reigan is born an albino (white hair with pink eyes, due to lack of pigment) and is sensitive to light which is why he hates going outdoors for long periods of time. He dyed his hair a darker colour so that he wouldn't stand out as much, struggling to fit in with other kids when he was younger.

-Reigan is of Japanese descent, his father moving to America to marry his mother before everything went wrong.
